Technical description
The THPYC-E1A hydraulic drive & PLC training system is intended for "Hydraulic drive", "Hydraulic drive and control", and "Hydraulics" addressing on the requirements of colleges or vocational schools. It is complete with actual hydraulic components, various actuation modules, and relay control unit; furthermore, it combines PLC programming and MCGS configuration technologies, facilitating students to free make hydraulic circuit and control system.
Features:
Each hydraulic component is mounted on a base plate with flexible foots, easy to mount on the universal aluminium profile plate to construct various pneumatic circuits.
Low noise and low vibration design: the anti-vibration mounting of motor, oil tank, control panel, and vibration source significantly reduces the noise and vibration.
Both electrical control and PLC control are available for a hydraulic circuit, users can study more knowledge about PLC and master the advantage of PLC control through a series of experiments.
The hydraulic circuit is made up through quick–acting couplings, and the electrical control circuit is connected via special connecting wires. The system completed with hydraulic components trains the students' hands-on ability and thinking capacity.
Current type earth leakage protection is available in this system, which is activated to cut off the power supply immediately once the leakage current exceeds 30mA; DC 24V-operated electrical control, with overcurrent protection; phase loss and phase sequence protection to prevent the motor reversing; rated system pressure is 6.3MPa, over which the system will unload automatically.
The system is equipped with industrial-standard hydraulic components, features strong functions and wide application range since combining relay control technology, PLC, and computer configuration technology.

The control panel is of iron with high density plastic-sprayed construction and aluminium faceplate. A profile plate is available on the control panel for mounting of hydraulic components. The workbench is of iron with high density plastic-sprayed construction, whose surface is fireproof, water proof, and wear resistant. The design of cabinets with profile plate facilitates storing hydraulic components.
